O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint that has been given by the petitioner to recover the property that was pledged by one Prakash, who is not a party before this Court in this Writ Petition, was not properly considered by the respondents, hence this petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is the issue between the pledger and pledgee and the petitioner has to take proper steps to recover or redeem the above said property, for which, the respondents cannot take any action. On that ground, the above said 2/4

complaint was closed by the respondents.

5. Since the complaint that was given by the petitioner was closed by the respondents, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
