ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus as against the respondents for alteration of date of birth in the 10th standard mark sheet and transfer certificate based upon the birth certificate of the writ petitioner.

2.Enclosing the birth certificate, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 16.05.2025 and has filed the present writ petition. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the date of birth has to be correctly entered into for getting an appointment on 2/4

compassionate ground. Expressing some urgency, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2025 in the light of the birth certificate of the petitioner and pass orders on or before 30.06.2025. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of.
