Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's house site comprised in T.S.No.16/42 situated at Ward E, Block-3 in Emaneswaram, Paramakudi Town, Ramanathapuram District based on the Application made by the Petitioner dated 09.04.2026 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's house site comprised in T.S.No.16/42 situated at Ward E, Block-3 in Emaneswaram, Paramakudi Town, Ramanathapuram District based on the Application made by the Petitioner dated 09.04.2026 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.04.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
