SULTHAN BASHA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Except the first petitioner, other petitioners are studying at Chennai and Coimbatore. In order to their semester Exams, they are not able to get leave and unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.9813 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 9813 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
