ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein, shall not register any deed (sale, settlement and general power of attorney) with regard to Survey Number 31/1 to the extent of 1 acre 78 cents, and 31/2A to the extent of 63 cents, situated at Thummuchinnampatti, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2025. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2025 and pass orders as per law after affording opportunity to the respondents 3 to 6. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
