ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of the E.P.No.19 of 2019 in O.S.No.567 of 2009, within the stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the revision petitioners / plaintiffs are Senior Citizens, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of the E.P.No.19 of 2019 in O.S.No.567 of 2009, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
