ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 3rd Respondent to file a Final Report/Charge Sheet in Cr.No.405 of 2021 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered an FIR in Crime No.405 of 2021 and four witnesses were examined and a special team is formed to recover the above said jewels.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.405 of 2021 before 2/4

the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
