No.4548 of 2024, in Crl.MP.NO.3977 of 2024, dated 19.06.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions.

3. This Court is not aware under what circumstances the Sessions Court has imposed the conditions on the petitioners. 2/3

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Sessions Court concerned for relaxation or modification.
