Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent based on the complaint of the second respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor made it clear that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case has been registered.

4.The said statement is recorded. If in future, any case is registered against the petitioner based on the complaint of the second respondent, the first respondent shall put the petitioner on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
