Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges that the direction given by the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., has not been complied with till date. The direction was issued as early as on 02.07.2020.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that within a period of three weeks, the order passed by the jurisdictional Magistrate would be complied with.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
