ORDER : The Court made the following order : On a matrimonial dispute, a complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant as against the petitioners herein and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 498A, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.10 of 2021, the petitioners have filed this application for anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the nature of allegation, ie., a matrimonial dispute, this Court has referred the matter to the District Social Welfare Committee, through the respondent police.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are not co-operating for the enquiry and they neither appeared before the respondent police nor appeared before the District Social Welfare Officer.

4. Having obtained an interim order of protection as against the arrest, the petitioners failed to co-operate for the enquiry and failed to appear before the respondent Police and / or the District Social Welfare Officer. In view of the conduct of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application and the same is accordingly, dismissed.
