O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, in Crl.MP.No.33261 of 2022 dated 01.07.2022.

2.This learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, on 01.07.2022 with a condition that the petitioner should appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders.

3.The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is residing at Thiruthuvapuram in Kanyakumari District and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, is situated at around 60 kilometer away from his place. Further, till now, the petitioner is complying the condition without fail. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition.

4.Such sort of redress can be worked out in the Trial Court itself. The petitioner may approach the concerned Court by setting out the facts and circumstances. Depending upon the order to be passed by the concerned Court, further steps can be taken.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
