Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.BEEMA RAO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR,Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7964 of 2022, dated 28.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7964 of 2022, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as costs to the Credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code:IOBA0001172) on or before 13.05.2022. The petitioner was unable to make such payment. Hence, he seeks extension of time.
