ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.It is a matrimonial dispute between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein. On that ground, the matter was referred to mediation and one Mr.T.Jeej Joseph was appointed as Mediator and the matter was directed to be listed today to inform the Court about the outcome of the mediation.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11953 of 2021 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that because of the extra marital affair of the 3rd respondent, the 1st petitioner is not willing to join with her. On that ground, the mediation failed.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, a case in Crime No.19 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 354 and 506(i) of IPC has been registered on 21.08.2021 against 6 persons. 5.Since the case has been registered against this petitioners, they are at liberty to workout their remedies before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. The harassment may not exist also and the matter has now become infructuous. 6.As such, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
