[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Touching the grievance of the petitioner, this Court on 9th of June 2023, had directed the respondents to place on record the compliance report.

Today, the respondent Nos.1 to 4 have placed on record the communication issued whereby directing the bus onwers to stop the buses at the designated bus stop near the Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. An action is also being taken against those who flout the directions.

It is for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to say that the directions are rightly implemented by all concerned. They are entitled to take further action, if the directions are violated. 4.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
