2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry into the petitioner's request had already been taken up and that it is presently going on and final order will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
