2.Heard Mr.V.K.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 07.06.2017 within time frame that may be fixed by this Court and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all monetary benefits.

4.The learned counsel for the respondents represents that the aforesaid appeal is under the active consideration of the first respondent and that orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.10.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the statement made by the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a final decision in the matter and pass a reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.10.2017 and communicate the same to the petitioner on or before 31.10.2017. The same shall be reported before the Registrar Judicial of this Court on or before 08.11.2017.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
