The petitioner has approached this Court to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2.Mr. P.Kotaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and a case in Crime No.397 of 2024 has been registered as against this petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B) and 420 of IPC.
