The Writ Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry as against the respondents herein for their unethical activities.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 to 4 under the guise of conducting investigation are harassing the petitioner, hence, the petitioner gave a representation before the first respondent. Since the first respondent has not taken any action on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present petition.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that on the very same allegation the petitioner has filed a private complaint before the Special Court, PCR cases, Tirunelveli District and since the offences set out therein are under the provisions of the Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes Act, the matter was transferred to the file of the Sessions Court, PCR cases, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.3437 of 2017. and the same is pending. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has initiated private complaint against the private respondents herein, no further order is required in the present petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
