Prayer: Writ Petition are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.Nos.110/MLR/AC-TKM/L&O/2017 and 111/MLR/ACTKM/L&O/2017 dated 23.09.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to convene a rally on 08.10.2017 or any other alternative date from 04.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m. from Raja Muthaiah Hall to Goripalayam, Madurai via Ulaga Tamil Sangam, Gandhi Museum & Tiruvalluvar Statue and to grant permission to the petitioner to convene a demonstration on 08.10.2017 from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. at Pallivasal Street, Goripalayam, Madurai respectively.
