This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Sivagangai, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day, in Crime.No.191 of 2022, under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners and two others assaulted the defacto complainant with deadly weapons, so that, the defacto complainant and one Athimoolam was injured. Hence the complaint.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Sivagangai, to consider the bail application if any filed by the petitioners, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
