Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9613 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 22.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9613 of 2021.
