This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners from the R4.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, dated 24.06.2022, the third respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.453 of 2022, under Sections 448, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC, against the fourth respondent.
