PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 and 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.332 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the father of the first accused. It is alleged that the defacto complainant's daughter used to go for work and the first accused had troubled her while return from duty. The defacto complainant has questioned the conduct for which, the second accused had trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and threatened her daughter. Hence, the compliant.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having so many cases, he is the history sheeter.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
