This petition has been filed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 13.10.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the order of the Apex Court dated 19.12.2024 wherein the Apex Court has issued notice to the petitioner and has directed the respondents to deposit the compensation amount awarded by the High Court to be invested in a fixed deposit in a nationalized bank. 3.Recording the above order, this Contempt Petition is closed.
