This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.56 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioners. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the enquiry in Crime Number has already been conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact. He would further submit that RC notice is also served on the petitioner.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final order, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
