ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.96 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Sections 21(1), 4(1)(1A) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally transported 1/2 unit of Stream soil in a tractor. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having three previous cases in his credit
5. Considering the nature of offence and antecedent of the petitioner, this Court 2/3
is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
