2.This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel for the respondents has submitted that the Department has proceeded with the enquiry and punishment was also imposed as against the petitioner and the petitioner has challenged the same in WP(MD) No.13587 of 2020 before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.14880 of 2020 4.In view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all these grounds in the above Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
