connection with a case in Crime No.49 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w 24(A) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have illegally transported three units of gravel. Hence, the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has raised serious objections and submits that the petitioners have illegally transported three units of gravel and the second petitioner is having four previous cases. 5.Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
