This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2017, in which, permission for laying underground pipeline has been sought for.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 15.09.2017 to the respondent, seeking permission to lay underground pipeline to send water from the agricultural land of the petitioner in S.No.339 to the other land in S.No.4222/1. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court, by filing the present writ petition.

the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
