ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 452 and 397 I.P.C. in Crime No.356 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police. She seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The case of the prosecution is that on 31.05.2018, at about 06.00 a.m. the petitioner and the other unknown persons trespassed into the de-facto complainant's house and attacked the de-facto complainant with iron rod. Thereafter, the petitioner snatched the de-facto complainant's gold chain weighing about 6 Sovereigns. Hence the complaint.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
