W.P.(MD) No.14866 of 2020 with, since the guidelines for the recruitment process for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018, Clause VII 2 (a) prescribes the carrying angle as 10 degrees - 15 degrees for males. As such, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
