ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No. 58 of 2019 to send the petition mentioned document related to this original

suit form the office of the Branch Manager, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Royapet, Chennai-14.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the document had already been obtained, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the Court below is directed not to insist for a fresh application for receiving original document. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
