ORDER
The petitioner in C.R.P(MD)No.1401 of 2022 preferred the said Civil Revision Petition against the order in I.A.No.55 of 2019 in O.S.No.63 of
2011 dated 23.02.2022 rejecting the document No.6 xerox copy of the Will dated 19.10.2011.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has obtained the original Will dated 19.10.2012. Therefore, he is not pressing this civil revision petition. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Since the suit is of the year 2011, the learned Fast Track Mahila Court Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose the suit on merits and in accordance with law, without any further delay, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
