Prayer in CRL.OP(MD)No.8736 of 2023:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of CR.P.C., to direct the Learned Additional District Court No.III (Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act,1989, Madurai to accept the surrender of the petitioners/accused no.1 to 11 and to consider their bail applications. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.M.Sudha Rani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Govt.Advocate, (Crl.Side), for the 1 &2 respondents, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.8184 of 2023 This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the concerned Court as per the direction of this Court by the order dated 11.05.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8736 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was affected from viral fever, so, the petitioner was unable to surrender before the concerned Court. Hence, the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.8736 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
