ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5(n), 5(j), (ii) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.10 of 2018, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner / accused, who is none other than the de-facto complainant brother's son had illegally sexual conduct with the de-facto complainant's minor daughter and she is now pregnant. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner herein 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.07.2018. He would further submit that the petitioner had love affair with the victim girl.

4.It is seen from 164 statement of the victim girl that she is aged about 15 years and the petitioner / accused raped her and as such, now she got pregnancy of seven months.

5.Though the offence committed by the petitioner is heinous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.

6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
