ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous since the petitioner has been issued with Backward Class Certificate and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
