O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the ex-parte decree that was passed in O.S.No.967 of 2011 by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Trichy. The petitioner claims that this decree is in force till date.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the second respondent. The second respondent shall enquire and if the decree passed in favour of the petitioner is in force till date, police protection shall be given to fence the property. If on the other hand any civil proceedings are pending, the parties shall be relegated to the competent civil Court.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
