This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take necessary action, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.09.2017.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.09.2017, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the complaint was closed.
3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as no further adjudication is required. No costs.
