Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges that in Muthukaruppa Orani in Mallakkottai Village, encroachments have been committed and that they should be removed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted in Survey No.65/13 and that they have identified three encroachments. Encroachments have been committed by Pandiselvi, Ambika & Radhakrishnan. It is stated that encroachers have agreed to remove their encroachments on their own. We grant 30 days time to honour their undertaking. If by then encroachments are not removed, the authorities shall remove the same without further notice.
