To call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed against them by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai, dated 28.02.2023 made in SPL.CC.No.03 of 2013 by allowing the present criminal appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DURAI PANDIAN K.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4374 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.202 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.05.2023 till today, without fail.
