This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a case in Crime No.138 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 of IPC against this petitioner and others on 18.08.2021. They have moved an application for anticipatory bail and that was also granted to them. 3.As such, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
