ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute non bailable warrant, dated 24.03.2022 issued by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur in C.C.No.177 of 2019.

2. The petitioner is the father of the defacto complainant in Crime No.33 of 2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though non bailable warrant was issued against the respondents 3 to 6, so far, the said warrant has not been executed by the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that warrant that was issued against the respondents 3 to 6 was recalled on 30.05.2023 on their surrender and the next dated of hearing is on 02.09.2023.

4. In view of the above said development nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
