O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C.No.302 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 464, 468 and 417 of IPC.

3.Since the very purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been fulfilled on account of filing of the charge sheet, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous.
