When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, enquiry was conducted by the third respondent police, where the alleged detenue, the petitioner's wife appeared and expressed her unwillingness to go along with the petitioner and thereby the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to dismiss the petition as infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
