The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.78 of 2019, pending on the file of Sub Court, Melur to Sub Court, Tiruppur. 2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience. The wife is a resident of Tiruppur and the husband is a resident of Madurai.

3.Mr.K.Guhan,the learned counsel for the respondent/husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer. He would also point out that the wife has filed MC No.5 of 2019 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruppur, which has been transferred to the Family Court, Tiruppur and renumbered as MC.No.6 of 2020. He would therefore seek transfer HMOP No.78 of 2019 to the file of Family Court, Tiruppur. He would further submit that the respondent/husband is suffering from Varicose and he cannot stand for a long time and he has also get a job offer abroad.

4. Considering the said request made, HMOP No.78 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Melur and transferred to the Family Court, Tiruppur. The Sub Court, Melur is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Tiruppur forthwith. The Family Court, Tiruppur is directed to dispose of both the cases in HMOP No.78 of 2019 and MC No.6 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of papers from the Sub Court, Melur.
