O R D E R
************ [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Alleging that the fifth and sixth respondents who are running poultry farms in Pannaiyar Kudiyiruppu in Aranthangi Taluk are not burying the dead chicken and are instead throwing them around, the present Public Interest Litigation has been filed for a direction to the authorities to take action against them. 2.Learned Counsel for the fifth and sixth respondents submitted that the petitioner has a motive, inasmuch as in the recently concluded election, the petitioner and the fifth and sixth respondents were in the opponent political camps. That apart, the petitioner is said to hail from a neighbouring village and not from the village where the fifth and sixth respondents are having their poultry farms.
3.Be that as it may, the petitioner has not filed any sufficient materials to show that the fifth and sixth respondents are illegally running the poultry farm.
