(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The tender notice issued by the respondents vide Dhinathanthi daily news paper dated 04.05.2025 is under challenge in the present Writ proceedings. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner has not even filed an application to participate in the process of tender. The tender notice per-se in the present case would not provide a cause and more so, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the tender has already been processed and it is in the final stage.

3.Therefore, the present Public Interest Litigation, questioning the tender deserves no merit for consideration. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
