RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10388 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022 on the file of this Honble Court, Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner is working in ONGC India and he working as 14 days ON-OFF duties in every month. Due to his work, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10388 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10388 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
