ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner in any of the suitable post for the selection conducted for the post of Grade II Constable, Grade II Jail Warden and Fireman for the year 2020 by considering his representation dated 10.06.2022.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner cleared written examination and physical test for the aforesaid post. He also appeared before the Medical Board. The petitioner apprehends that his application may be rejected on medical grounds. Therefore, he submitted a representation on 10.06.2022 for appointing him in a suitable post. 2/4
4.Heard Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Veerakathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent.
5.Considering the limited scope of this writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four
